alright before i go let me tell you about my course... My n'lvl result i got 5pionts but i give them my 10 choices late.. but i die die still want to get into first intake... after one week my result for going which ite is out and its number 4th engineering electronics computer & networking and wireless LAN. when i saw the result i feel like appealing but that will take super long to let me start sch :( so ma fan! so i go for it! Sometime dont know im blur or stupid??? damn lots of things happen with my ite stuff... I HAVEN START SCHOOL YET!!! OMG got to go down to simei next monday to pay ite school fee.... btw i got the same course same ite with my cousin! sigh!!!

24hrs Climbing Around!!!

i have train smart i have been climbing this weekday in school, SP & Climb-Asia almost everyday for the next coming competition Rock On! Actually Rock On is on this weekend & next weekend. Outram SS actually had sign up this competition but last min because of their POOR management of the planning this time is very BAD! We decide not to take part this competition.. Comparing to NSSCC its so much more expensive! Guess what... the person herself said "YES THIS competition is more expensive!" (Ms cheong ...)

yesterday i chat with ms cheong about my under 20 category... im just scare that they will push me to open category... KNOW WHAT!!!! Today they called me and say that under 20 speed events ONLY have 3 participants took part so they want me to join open category! Omg this is the worse competition i have never take part in.... i don't mind to joining open speed category, just that i have not prepared at all... SO im still deciding should i join open speed or just refund back my money...

Wow Nice!! happy that there is New Hong Kong Dramas & Taiwanese Dramas Series!!! I think all this will be very interesting as there are so many legendary casts in this production! Hopefully Beyond The Realm Of Conscience & Born Rich series will be as good as the Moonlight resonance! :)

Climb on every time will *climb like crazy!!! Since after exam, I had train hard to get back my climbing skill but I don’t think I have done well in climb on! So what that I got second for Individual? Some of the routes I can do finish but just that I am tired so fast and of course quite sad that I lose to the Thai girl who is only 13 years old by 2000+ points! What can I do? omg! Not only that. My team got 3rd and not 2nd! Why? I also don’t want to know but I know that my team always the SUPER 4! ALE!

10k nikehuman race

reach singapore flyer about 7am and start running at 7.20am. this was my first time joining marathon and it's 10k run... i used 1 hour 22 minutes 48 seconds to finish the race. along the 10k run, i run with reg and friend but until about 7k i feel like puking out the 100+... but lucky i never puke out... if not i feel so embarrass... im happy that WE COMPLETED 10K! Yay!

Rock Climbers Get Tough

If you've ever seen the ease, speed and agility with which Sec 4 student Janice Ng Li can scale a rock wall, you'd understand why she deserves the nickname 'Spiderwoman'. This rock climbing star from Outram Secondary School won the Fastest Female title at this year's National School Sports Climbing Championships, as well as picking up four individual gold medals and helping her team to come in as the fastest female team.

Janice picked up rock climbing in Sec 1 and has been in love with it ever since. "Initially, I had poor stamina and lacked physical strength. My arms would really ache after each training!" she recalls.

But as she got better at the sport, the gung-ho climber began to enjoy the challenges that come with the rock climbing and set higher targets for herself at every competition.
